When Aiswarya joined Indeed seven years ago, she was excited to work for an organization with a positive mission but did not expect Indeed to be such a great part of her life. My career started as a Customer Success Manager with a healthcare organization before joining Indeed. Indeed had just started their operations in India when I joined. We were fairly new to the market and the journey from then till today has been incredible, where Indeed has established a firm presence in India despite its ups and downs. I’ve continued to see us as a company that values its employees as family and focuses on our mission of helping people get jobs, even during hard times like the pandemic.
Throughout my time with Indeed, I’ve been a part of multiple teams, such as Sales, Scaled Business Success (SBS), and my current position as a Senior Client Success Specialist. In all my roles, I’ve always been involved in various capacities, whether it’s through technological advancements, customer support, or marketing strategies.
Since I’ve always been in client-facing roles, it has allowed me to influence and assist employers directly in using Indeed rightly and guide them on utilizing the right channels to reach well-qualified candidates for the job. These contributions are instrumental in improving job seekers’ search experience by ensuring they find the right positions and employers can discover the best talent.
We are consistently recognized for our good work throughout the company, which keeps us motivated to do better work and make impactful contributions towards our overall mission.
